Kerry was 'people spotting' in London. It involved just wondering around London for ages, observing people from a distance, and trying to guess what was going on in their lives. She found this very interesting, and was at her favourite 'people spotting' place - Starbucks coffee shop. As she sat sipping her coffee and watching the people around her, her attention was grabbed by a young couple sitting on a sofa by the window. She had always been interested in young couples in London, as she found the london dating scene fascinating. The boyfriend in this couple was fidgeting badly, yet every time he looked up he gazed at his girlfriend with such love that Kerry almost felt lonely. She wondered what he was so nervous about - maybe he was getting ready for a proposal! Kerry sat up straighter and gripped her coffee mug excitedly. If there was going to be a proposal, then she would be the first to know about it! She loved trying to anticipate peoples moves before they had made them, and she was getting quite good at it! The girl looked up at the boy and said something to him. Kerry couldn't make out the words, but she heard the tone in the girls voice. She was annoyed. Kerry frowned, "this isn't what the boyfriend needs!" she thought to herself, "he needs her to be nice to him to reassure him and make him less nervous!". The boyfriend looked terrified now, and actually left the table. "He probably made some sort of excuse about needing the toilet" thought Kerry to herself. She subtly glanced around the corner that the boy had just disappeared around, and saw him pacing up and down the short corridor. Nearly 15 minutes passed before he came back again, and the girl was looking very fed up sitting on her own. When the boy came back, she made a visible effort to be nicer to him, and the boy seemed to relax abit. "Ooooh" thought Kerry "brilliant! Now there might still be a proposal!" she almost rubbed her hands together with glee as she watched the couple.Suddenly something happened that Kerry hadn't planned for - she needed the toilet! Cursing herself she rushed to the ladies, trying to spend as little time as possible, soshe wouldn'tmiss the big event! She was as quick as she could be in the bathroom, and she hurried back into to her table. As she sat down she realised something was wrong- the couple had gone! "Noo!" thought Kerry to herself, "Ive missed it!!". She sat there quiet for a minute, letting the disappointment fill her. Then she got up, left Starbucks, and headed to Cafe Nero across the street. "There's sure to be some more interesting people in Nero!" Kerry said to herself as she embarked on yet another people watching session.

In my world internet dating has become very acceptable and this is how I now choose to meet men. Ispent many years dating the old fashioned way and found that the search for a date was much too difficult. I'd just broken up from my boyfriend and decided to get right back onto the horse and join an internet dating site which was all rather exciting to begin with. I was just looking for a fun fling with a nice guy. I chatted with a handful of guys over the next month and decided to meet up with a couple of them. Who said i had to limit myself to one fling? I was a woman on the market now and i would play the field as much as i chose to. Each one of them decided to treat me to a dinner, trip, picnic by candle light. This must be some new dating thing that everyone knows about but me.The first dinner by candle light was exciting as it was my first time, but the guy, jeez he was the most boring guy i think I've ever dated. The second was a trip around the Thames on a boat surrounded by candles, i don't think i could've asked for anything more romantic but the attraction just wasn't there. I was starting to lose hope i didn't even want a fling anymore i just wanted someone, it was proving harder then i first thought. At least i got to go out on some nice dates and i had one more to come. The picnic by candle light was one of the most simple dates I'd been on, the guy had laid out a plaid blanket and a nice wooden picnic basket and cracked out some champagne. It was definitely the most exciting as i hadn't seen his face before I'd only spoken to him. I know it was risky and we were meeting in a secluded place but i'd just given up at this point and thought i might as well up the risk factor. This guy was incredibly good looking and the most interesting guy i had ever met. Forget the fling i was interested in this guy, so i played it cool and won him over. I went out into the city and took a bus to the museum. There was a great show on in the museum. Several large elephants had just been unearthed in the Netherlands and I wanted to see them. They had large tusks and were very beautiful. They were covered in a thick coat of fur. I just wanted to reach out and touch it. It was so well preserved it looked real. But I was afraid the security guard would get angry if I did. Lord knows what they'd do if I defiled it since it was so adorable and valuable. But nevertheless I ended up caressing it. I couldn't stop myself it was just too fluffy and cute. Too scrumptiously deliciously cute. But the guards didn't feel the same way. So they chased me through the complex until I came across a secret tomb in which the bones of the long lost soul of the damned lived. I opened it up hoping they would devour the guards for me and spare me because I was nice. Well they did and made quite a mess too. But they were so adorable so I couldn't be bothered to put them back into the tomb whence they came. I just ran away. After a brief encounter with demons from hell itself, which had made their residence in the basement, I found my way to the outside. Outside there was many people. The streets were bustling and filled with traffic. So I made my way back to my home. I went on the internet and made a date. I was never one for dating before. But now that I was depressed and dejected from the knowledge I would never find myself caressing the elephant again I arranged a brief encounter with a woman. But she did not take my mind off the furry friend I had left behind. It was just so adorable, and what I would give to have another brief encounter with it again. I thought I'd try out a swingers party tonight it was pretty good actually, i went with my boyfriend mike. He was all up for the idea but of course he was, isn't it every mans dream to feel the caress of various women and have a hold of the situation. He was in heaven. "I'm so bored" moaned Hannah, as she swooped through the air. "Same" came the reply from her best friend Amber who was swinging on the swing next to her. As Hannah walked in the door, she wondered if there had been a power cut as the whole house was covered with candles. It was weird seeing the house in Candle light. She had never seen it that way. She was slightly freaked out, why was the light on in every other house.
